Ab work on Kinect?

Can anyone recommend a decent ab workout for the kinect?

    I believe there is a dedicated Ab workout section on Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012. I have not personally done it, so I have no opinion on how good it is. I do use some of the other programs on it and really like them though.
