Hello from Romania!

Hi guys!
I just joined MFP today... a couple of words about myself... I'm from Romania, I'm a veterinarian and I am really unhappy about myself right now. I have been focusing mainly on my work and my PhD lately and I've completely lost touch with my own weight and health. Therefore, 2 weeks ago I started going to the gym again, and I decided I also need to monitor my activities and eating a little, so here I am!
I'm currently trying to lose about 15 kg (that would be around 30 pounds I think) and then start gaining again, but as muscle not fat. Right now my workout consists of a lot of cardio (tae bo, cardio slim, fat burn) and some toning (body sculpt and strike zone classes mostly) 5 times a week at a really good gym in my town. I also want to incorporate running again since I used to run and loved it.
So anyway, here I am, hoping for support, advice and some fun!
