    www.subway.com will tell you what u want to know just enter it in the database and you are good to go. my fiance had subway tonight i am glad i didnt go too many temptations for me

    It listed most (if not all) the sandwiches they make OR what I do is enter each thing I had on my sandwich individually, because they have the calorie information for every ingredient (cheese, veggies, type of bread, etc)...I know it's a pain, but at least it's accurate. Hope that helps!
