Advice/Tips? (Open Diary)

Hello!
I'm new to MFP (I've only been using the site for about 4 weeks) and I'm looking for any helpful advice, tips, or constructive criticism. I have an open diary and I'd love it if you could take a quick peek and give me some feedback. I'm a 20 year-old female, 5'8", and currently 149 pounds looking to lose 19.
I don't usually eat back all of my exercise calories. This is partly because I don't really understand the concept of eating back burned-off calories and partly because I have difficulty eating more than 1200 calories per day on a healthy diet. If I eat too much food then I end up with a stomachache (I've been told by doctors that this may be caused by my body being slow-to-process the things that I eat).
I log the time when I eat each meal/snack and try to munch on something every 2-3 hours to keep my metabolism humming.
Recipe or snack recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
