I want to lose 55 pounds by July. Help!!!!

How many calories should I eat and how many do I need to burn a day to make this possible? I'm determined to eat and do anything. I do have an 18 month old daughter who doesn't nap. So it needs to be something kind of easy and no money for a gym membership
