You could try and see. As I mentioned, it's all about trial and error to see what your body responds to most. If you continue to get no results, then change something (whether it be eating more or less of your workout calories, reducing your carbs, reducing sodium or sugar intake, etc). That's what I generally do when I get "stuck." I eventually figure it out and continue to gradually loose weight.0
