Eating better?

Is anyone else amazed at how much better they are eating? I don't mean healthier, because that is a given for a lot of us, but I mean better as in more delicious/more variety/etc.? I've had to come up with alternatives for a few things, make healthier choices, etc., and my meals actually taste better. I'm eating different meals that I used to not bother making because it was easier just sitting down with a bowl of Ramen Noodles. I love scouring websites and finding new, healthy meals!

    I would use the turn "healthy" very loosely in my case. Lol! But I am eating less and drinking more water! I noticed a difference and how my body, face, and skin looks. I'm loving it!

    I think healthy is a relative term (some would consider what I eat healthy, whereas others would still consider it unhealthy because I still eat a few processed foods), however, I think eating in moderation is definitely healthier than not! I just never realized that "healthy" food could actually be so good! I always assumed healthy = bland blah!
