Mini Egg and Cheese Quiche

Truthfully, you can add anything into these little suckers but I kept it pretty simple! And i totally ate all of the eight cups and didn't feel an ounce guilty!

8 Athens Mini Phyllo Dough Cups
1/4 c. (28g) egg whites
1/8 c. (14g) goat cheese
Garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and w/e

Get the cups, pop in the cheese, powders and parsley, pour egg on top. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and enjoy!

    just made them and used what i had on hand. made all 15, used a wedge of laughing cow light french onion cheese, a tbsp of bacon bits and 1/2 cup southwestern egg beaters...along with some various spices. they're great. thanks so much for the recipe and inspiration! :)
