Okay so im 31 weeks pregnant.
I walked way before my pregnancy all the time since the day i found out i was pregnant i still continued to walk nearly everyday.
i dont rlly over eat. but im still gaining more weight than i should
Any theories to why that is?

And are theyre any good third trimester excercises i can do to manage my weight gain.
and prepare my body for labor at the same time. any info would be greatly appreciated thanx (:
