What do you have your macros set to?

I have absolutely NO idea what to set the macros to for my food diary and it's driving me up the wall. I just looked and realized I have a projected weight loss of 1.6 lbs./week. I had it set to 2.0 lbs./week, so I have no idea how to change it back. Help!!!

    if 2lb loss per week will take you below 1200 calories/day, then mfp wont set it up... the lowest they go is 1200 based on the generally idea that thats how much a women needs to stay functioning properly. changing your macros wont change your loss-per-week
    as for my macros - im set at 40/30/30 (protein, carbs, fat), tho i usually go a bit over on carbs, trying to work on that
