Logging a workout that is not in the data base??

Okay, so I did a workout dvd today and it is not in the data base, so......what do I do about? I have no clue how many calories I burned!!! I need help! The dvd is called Kathy Kaehler Basics, Total Fitness Workout. Thanks!

I do that with a lot of mine. If you have a heart rate monitor add the workout and the calories burned0

Add it yourself, that's what I have to do with my DVD workouts I do, and to track the calories burned, you must get a HRM, no other way to track it........0

Any recommendations on which heart rate monitor to get? there is like 10,000 on Amazon!!0

I think if you use the search function on this site for heart rate monitors or HRM's you'll find a slew of great posts about them. I use a Polar F7 Heart Rate Monitor that includes a chest strap. It allowed me to enter in my age, weight, height, etc. so it is customized to me.0
