Herbal pills ?

Hey, I wondered if anyone took any tablets to help with their diets ? (Herbal).

If so what's the best ones ?

    I just bought some herbal diet pills today for the first time. I bought them from a large supermarket chain and they're 'own brand' ones. Didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that may or may not work.

    If you're in the UK, I got them in Tesco. I'm not holding out much hope for them after reading up online. They were an impulse buy though.

    Have tried Yerba in the past and they just gave me palpitations and a dry mouth. And didn't work. Sure there will be lots of different opinions on this

    The most effective weight loss herbs are cocaine and nicotine. I wouldn't recommend either. Just because it's herbal, doesn't mean it's safe.
