Calories left but at max on sugar and protein

Most days I struggle to have all my calories because I have used up my sugar and protein limits and only have carbs and fat left. I can't find any foods that only have carbs and no sugar or protein. I don't think I am over doing it with sweet treats and meat etc. Don't know where I am going wrong! Any suggestions?
