Anyone using orlistat/alli

I lost 4 stone and was very happy and more confident. I stayed like this continuing to diet for years, until I have been put on migraine tablets and different pills. I now have put 3.5 stone back on and am very unhappy. I have tried dieting again, which has not worked. I am now on slimming pills from my doctor. I would like friends in a similar position.
