before you grown and say "ohh not another one" hear me out. From my understanding the only thing HCG does is boost your metabolsim and basically starve you, which is why I assume you shouldn't excersize during your HCG diet, because your not even eating enough cals for your body to funtion. so my question is, why do it? If your just trying to increse your metabolsim and lose weight arn't there other ways?
To get to my real question, what are some NONE HCG ways to boost your metabolsim, be it vitimin suppliments, or foods, or activities. I already work out aprx 2 hours every other day. eating a low cal diet between 1000 and 1300 cals a day. I already know I have a low metabolsim, and working out and increasing activity isn't seeming to do the job, any suggestions?

Eating very little and exercising a lot can slow your metabolism. They recommend eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day to keep up your metabolism and don't skip breakfast. Other than that, I don't know so I'm looking forward to seeing what others have to say. But I would try eating more also.0

Eat more. And consider exercising less. 2 hours a day is most likely putting you past the point of diminishing returns. However, if you absolutely positively freaking love working out, then go ahead and continue this way. Maybe you en route to becoming a medal-winning endurance athlete. But to get there, you need to fuel up properly.0 -

I'd rather just shoot up amphetamines. Made illegal by the FDA and getting around 500 calories a day....at least you get a thrill ;p
JUST KIDDING!!!
But to answer your question, I would try cutting your sodium and carb intake and upping your protein and fiber since you are working out for two hours a day. Good luck with all your goals!0 -

This. Set your goals honestly. Don't try to lose weight quickly. You'll feel terrible and it will lead to you wanting to give up.
Log all your food. Drink water. Be patient. Exercise 5 days a week for an hour. Eat enough - like way more than 1300 calories a day. You are young and a mother, and you need more calories than that.0 -
Strength training!
All that muscle burns calories.. which means you're metabolism goes up and you can eat more.0
