Cookies & Cream - 200 calories
Options
I made this up this afternoon by accident.
1 6 oz container of plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of honey
2 spiced wafers (or ginger snaps), broken in small pieces
Directions: First, mix up the Greek yogurt to make it creamier and then stir in the teaspoon of honey. You may be able to use another sweetener (or skip it if you're brave) or even regular yogurt instead of the thick, Greek kind. I use non-fat, but you could easily do this with low-fat or full fat yogurt as well. Lastly, stir in the pieces of spiced wafers or ginger snaps.
I think this tastes like cookies and cream ice cream, without all the fat and much less sugar. I made this for about 200 calories.
