Honey and lemon chicken

200g cooked lean chicken leg meat (cooked in oven wrapped in foil No oil )
2tbs honey
1lemon sliced + juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic
3dsp Dijon mustard
Fresh thyme, black pepper
1 med onion diced
3tsp flora cuisine
1 chicken stock cube dissolved in 3/4 pt water
2tsp cornflour

Fry onion and garlic in flora, drain off excess oil,put back in pan with stock,honey,lemon juice and slices,mustard,blk. pepper,and thyme.
Thicken with cornflour
Add parsley and cooked chicken,warm through and serve...
