Overheating While Exercising

Alright, I have a question for all of you. I've always overheated easily ever since I was younger, and it causes me to get sick. I started c25k Wednesday and completed day 2 today. I overheated today but not day 1, even though I felt like day 1 took a greater toll on me than day 2.
Any tips for staying cool? I drink at least 1-2 cups of water when I work out, we have little ceiling fans that swirl around the heat of 8-10 people in a small room, and the 30 degree air from outside doesn't help to cool the room. I'm more comfortable on the elliptical than I am outside, mainly because of the stress put on my bad knee jogging on a sidewalk/treadmill.
Thank you!

What do you mean by overheating?0

Overheating as in getting so warm to the point that it makes me nauseous, like sitting in a hot room or being out in the sun. Sweating doesn't bother me, but being overly hot does.0
