So I'm on day 3 and im still goin to the gym! This is a big thing for me! :) My goal is to burn at least 300 calories a day, until I start getting some more muscle going on and im not ready to fall of the treadmill or bicycle when I get off it lol!

My calorie deficit is 322 and Im working out 300 ...is that ok? Im bad at understanding this lol

My BMR is 1522 so if I cut back and eat 1200 calories but then exercise and burn 300 calories ... and it gives me that 300 to eat that puts me back at 1500 ... is that right? Am I understanding it right or am I not suppost to eat that 300 I burnt off:noway: .. haha

Yes ... if your recommended calories is 1200 and you burn 300 you should be eating 1500. And I've been her a while but fell off the wagon and started again Monday so we are in the same boat!!!

I'm on my 3rd day as well and burning about 500 cals a day and then not eating those and still not eating as many cals a day as they recommend (by like 100) so thats 600 cals a day avg I'm not eating or burning off.

I've lost 8 lbs in 3 days and I don't know how much of that is water weight or what...

But I'm not sure if ur supposed to eat them...I wouldn't just because you burned them off for a reason so if you replace them what was the point?

Be really careful you don't go into starvation mode. You could hit a plateau and not keep losing. The number of calories they give you to eat is under what you burn in a typical day. It will keep you losing at a steady pace. For example, my body burns about 1500 calories a day. They have me eating 1200. A little bit of a deficit under that is ok but if you go too low your body will start hoarding what you eat because it will be scared it won't get anymore.
