Today's binge from hell consisted of

When I seen what all you ate....it reminded me of my binges...expecially chinese...i FAIL when it comes to resisting chinese....yesterdag my binge consisted of
•Bowl of oatmeal
•King size rice krispg treat
•Large mocha blast (baskin robins)
went to a buffet for supper
• 3 small steaks...(lots of a1)
•Two helping of mashed potatoes and brown gravy
•Tortilla chips with cheese dip, sour cream, and salsa
•One chocalate chip cookie
•One brownie with chocalate frosting
•Marshmellow treat
•3 glasses of sweet tea
•4 large buttered dinner rolls
I felt so guilty that today I tried not eating at all....horrible idea...no good logic behind it at all!0 -
What I was trying to sat before it cut me off was that I told myself no eating today, I know thats horrible of me! And that actually only made things worse because by nine I couldnt go any longer I was soooo grouchy! And hungry I needed something. So I ate a lil sandwich...that turned into, chips and dip, cheese stick and rice crispy treat! So than I felt horrible again! Ready to just stay on track I feel so much better about everytging, but you are soooo not alone!0
