Sam weight for a week

I've never had this, usually i step on the scale and im up or down 5 lbs from the day before.(after bathroom and before eating in the morning) For the past 4 days in a row i've been spot on 243...no ups or downs. I've been exercising and cut back a lot of my splurge eating habits, keeping my calories atleast under 2000 a day or usually 500 per meal. (used to be like 1000 per meal + snacks)

Im not sure whats going on really but i like having a constant weight. I just hope it kicks the bucket and the scale goes backwards!

    I wish mine was only a week! My weight has stayed the same since I started working out and having a caloric deficit. I wouldn't worry about it though, could your time of month be coming on? that's usually my indicator that its coming!
