From Walkers to RUNNERS!

Hi everyone!

I just opened a new group called "From Walkers to Runners", where ordinary people like you are interested in becoming runners but don't know where to start! We will be starting a training program called "Couch to 5k". This program is easy to follow and will have you running 3 miles in just two months. Did you know that you can burn up to 100 calories by only running 10 mins??

We are all walkers in our group (some don't even walk!) but we are motivated and determined to set all excuses aside and take three days a week, 30 mins a day to work on a better-looking, healthier us! Are you down with us?? Feel free to join the group and learn more about us. See you there!!!!!
