Vitamins?

Hi guys.

I just joined recently, but had some thoughts. At the moment, I take the following daily:

1 Multivitamin
1000mg Calcium/magnesium tablets (I have a calcium deficiency, this was recommended by my doctor)
1000mg Fish oil extract (also recommended by doctor, for migraines. It has helped a lot)

I am really against diet pills and powders/formulas etc, as i find I can't understand what it is i'm eating...

So I dunno what I'm asking really...just curious I guess, what do you guys take, if anything?

    GNC Women's active pack (minus the energy pill) (multivitamin, CLA, L-Carnitine, Calcium)
    Gentle Iron
    Omega 3-6-9
    Chromium Picolinate
