What were you results- inches/pounds?
What was your fitness level when you started/finished?

  • I did the 30 day shred a year ago and it helped me with strength and shedding a few lbs, bout 5-7 I think. After my 30 days I started Jillian Micheals banish fat boost metabolism (45 min workout) for the next couple months. I lost about 17lbs total from both. I went from 154lbs to 137lbs. I gained it back due to just being lazy so I just started the 30 day shred again. I am on my fifth day and feel great about it! Jillian is tough but well worth the time.

I just started 30 DS today and it is hard on the first day but since its only 20 minutes it is doable. I would not say that I'm super fit or anything and I've not done strength training for years. So I'm sure you will be able to do it :)

The first time I did this was last year, I didn't lose weight (as wasn't eating healthily) had a really bad fitness level and lost 12.5 inches. This time around i'm doing things right, eating healthier, exercising more (cardio as well as shred) and so far i've lost 6lbs and I know i've lost inches i'm not measuring again now til the end of Jan when I finish it. Then i'm going to start Ripped in 30!! xxx
  • I haven't started it yet. I am planning on purchasing the dvd and whatever else I will need to go with it this coming Friday. I have heard great things about it and it's results. Let me know how you like it!!
