I am chunky, built for comfort not speed, want to loose a few lbs, but a Bikini is not in my future,(I'm 53) anyone else got guilted into it? LOL Former beauty queen needs a resurrection, just a little!

    If you look at the topics in Motivation and Support, you'll find lots of groups. You can read the posts and see if you'd like to join the group. Then just post a message that says that you'd like to join.

    I'm connected to a group called 50+women. There's a lot of friendship, motivation, and support. We have a thread called 50+women for the month of March (or something like that). You'd be welcome to join us.:bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
