Hi all - My wife and I were wandering the aisles tonight, reading the Nutritional Information.
(We are in Australia)
I was wondering what are the most calorific foods available ?
We found Chocolate at about 2100kj / 100 grams and some cracker and chocolate biscuits were similar.
But the winner at a first look was egg mayonnaise 3100 kj / 100g !!!
Any suggestions ?

Oil, I'd have said (900kcal or 3700kj per 100 ml) That's probably what's making the mayo so high too.0

3770kj per 100g Lard (according to Wikipedia)0
