    it'd probably be easier for you because you are so young, you will lose weight easier and it is easier to change habits when you are young as well. the hardest thing will be getting your family to be healthy with you and to buy you healthy food... talk to your doctor before you do anything and see what kind of work outs they recommend for you and see if they will talk to your family about getting healthier foods in and around the house. start from there and see where it goes :)
