Breakfast of champions:

Egg whites with veggies

1/4 cup Oat Bran Hot Cereal, Hodgson Mill
1 T Flaxseed Mill, Hodgson Mill
1/3 c mixed black, blue and raspberries
2 T of Xyitol and cinnamon blend
1 cup water

So yummy! A feel good breakfast!
