Full time Youth Worker working with DHS kids, young adults with drug and alcohol problems and kids taken away from their families due to abuse etc. I am madly passionate about my job but unfortunately I work 120 hours a fortnight and got into a BAD routine of eating terrible food and not sleeping etc and gained an absurd amount of weight.!
New to MFP and looking for friends for motivation and such :) please add me if your passionate about life and as dedicated to a new healthy lifestyle as I am :)

Want people to add me that have a passion for life, drive and determination to succeed and are as excited to start changing their lives to a healthy lifestyle as I am :)
