Stretching for flexibility

Hi All!

Just wondering if anyone does a regular stretching routine to help with flexibility? and if so what do you do and how long did it take to see any results?

I used to be really flexible but seem to have lost it all so want to try something regular to get it back.

Also do you warm up with some sort of cardio before you stretch to warm up the muscles or do you go straight into it. I know a lot of people do their stretching routine after they work out but that isn't possible for me as my exercise is the classes i teach and after the class i need to get out the venues asap and have atleast a 15min drive home so would need to look at a seperate routine.

Anyone have any ideas or wanna share what they do?

    I really like P90X video xstretch, but find that yoga is the most important to me. I also have been getting massages regularly and my massage therapist has been now doing Thai massage which is stretching. IMO yoga is the key.
