Clean HRM?

What do you use to clean your HRM? I don't want to ruin it. I love it! :)

    Hand wash the chest strap and let it drip dry. If I'm travelling, I'll rinse it and let it drip dry. I should get a second one...

    Do you have one with a chest strap?

    If so you can take off the sensor and just wipe them down with a damp rag. You should be able to wash the strap in the washer but put in a cloth/mesh bag but make sure that you don't put it in the dryer. You should wash the strap about every 5 times you wear it but rinse it in water after each use.
