Endemondo HRM (not an advert, genuine curiousity)

Anyone using any Endomondo products from the app's web page?

Have a Polar HRM which I am more than happy with, but using this and Endomondo means 2 devices on the go; was wondering if anyone had had any experience of using just the phone app withe the HRM they sell?
