Still working on my fitness, but in celebration of the new year, I decided to finally make a before and after photo. And because I had an old picture from a Jersey Shore party...

Don't judge. LOL.

Started my fitness journey on August 9, 2011 at approximately 164 pounds. Today, I'm holding strong at 127.

So does that mean the picture did work?! I'm using our new Mac computer and I do NOT know how to use this thing! I started out just walking, then incorporating 30 minute circuit sessions with some additional cardio. Nothing too crazy. I think consistency is the most important thing! And actually getting off the couch.. I use to practically have no physical activity, so when I started getting even slightly more active, I started seeing changes in my body.

I just copied and pasted the link into my browser so it took me to your photo album, but I see that someone else pasted it into the thread for ya...

Nice!! I really think just staying active is the key, no matter what you choose to do. You look fabulous!
