Which one should I use on my exercise data?

I do the Wii Fit Run, this morning I did the Free Run for 20 mins, jogged in place the whole time, when I logged that down it said I only burned 117 calories...But when I changed it to just jogged in place for 20 mins said I burned 233 calories..I did the same thing why is there such a difference? Which should I say the Wii or Jogged in Place??
