I'm having a dilemma: I've reached my nemesis: MY TIME OF THE MONTH (well technically her predecessor, PMS). Not only do I get slovenly lazy (I've spent most of my hours since 830am in the bed, as I am right now), I usually like to eat EVERYTHING in sight (had a major struggle yesterday). Bloat will inevitably increase the scale. HELP! HELP! HELP!!!!!!!!

Try this recipe: To 2 quarts of water, add 1 thinly sliced lemon, 1 medium (or half of a long) thinly sliced cucumber (peel it first), and a 1" piece of ginger, peeled and grated. Let that water concoction sit for overnight, then drink a few glasses of it per day.
The first time you try it, you won't notice anything for about a day. If you drink it regularly, you will be very, very regular. It'll keep everything moving through your system and it might help with the PMS bloat.0
