Polar M61 HRM

A friend just gave me his HRM. Problem is, there is no manual and I can't find one online. Anyone have one and can tell me how to use it? Any other suggestions? Thanks!

I've never even heard of that Polar HRM.. So I would assume it's really old.

Try what the Poster above me said and if anything contact Polar and see if they can point you in the right direction.

Lol! Or you could give it to Shane and have him use it on you to whip you into tip-top shape. Whatever gets the job done is what I say. :-D
