Okay, so this is probably a dumb question, but how do I track sit-ups on here?
It says "Number of sets" and "Repetitions per set", but I don't know what information to put in.
So say I did 20 sit-ups, how does that go in?

I think it would be:
Number of sets: 1
Reps per set: 200
