Help needed

Hi

I have arthritis in my knee and also get back pain in the lower part of my back

so certain exercises are not good for me . does anyone know of something i can do other than swimming.

something I can do at home

    What did your doctor or osteopath recommend to you?

    He said swimming or riding a bike will help but I would like some exercise to tone my body up like my stomach and legs

    I would research online the types of exercises you could do either at home, or at the gym for those body parts - there are many free youtube.com videos that do actual demonstrations...

    Try pilates...you will probably have to modify, but it is wonderful for toning abs, back and legs...it will also help to strengthen your lower back....
