Need more friends please

Having people to talk to when I get cravings or to stop me eating when I'm bored would be great!

I'm Alana, a mum of two trying to shed the baby weight. I've never paid much attention to what I was eating but I am now very unhappy with my body, time to get serious!

    Hi Alana, I'm Andrea from the UK and also a mam of 2. I'm on here quite a bit using the app on my phone so feel free to add me. I also know how hard it is to push yourself to exercise when you've been busy with the kids/house and really just want to sit down and relax for 5 minutes!!! x

  • Just keep active, if you're bored and you want to snack just go for a walk or exercise and your cravings will go away because you'll feel so good after your workout !
