The best NSV(non scale victory) of my NSV's

I have lost a total of 60 pounds since August 1, 2011. I no that I have lost I feel better I was in a size 18 and now I am in a size12( still a little tight but in it). The scale tells me I am 9 pounds away from my Goal weight and I no it, but still I look in the mirror and see the overweight me(the mind is powerful). I have everybody I know telling me I look great some have even told me not to lose any more, lol.
I finally hit me the other day when my big sister came over she hadn't seen me in about a month, the 1st thing came out of her mouth was, what the hell you doing your *kitten* is too skinny. I started to cry, this sister is critical of everything never did she tell me I was losing weight or that I was looking better, for that statement to come from her I no I am there. Brenda I love you and I no I am looking good for you to make that statement, I was relieved My hard work is paying off. My Skinny *kitten* has made a lifestyle change. I will be healthy and fit forever. This is me....
