I love this little 10-minute cardio kickboxing workout. I've been doing it since 2009, and I keep coming back to it when I feel like doing a quick workout. When she gets to the scissors, I like to back up the video by three minutes to make it a full 10 minutes of cardio w/ three minutes of stretching.
