Mio water

What is everyone's thought on Mio water enhancers? Are they good for you? It seems as if after drinking a big glass of water with MIo in it, I find myself still thirsty and looking for something more to drink!

    Only reason I've heard people avoid them is due to the fact that they contain propylene glycol.
