Incredibly Inspiring Tough Mudder Video

A friend posted this on Facebook the other day, and I thought it was a perfect video to share here. It was taken at the Tough Mudder race in Tampa, FL in December. For those of you who don't know what Tough Mudder is, it's a 10-12 mile mud course filled with all sorts of different kind of obstacles, from monkey bars to ice baths to electrical wires. It bills itself as the "toughest race on the planet" and while that's certainly subjective and debatable, it's definitely one of the harder races out there.
The below video really shows that anything is possible if you put your mind to it, and determination can conquer all, even physical disability. I'm training to run the race for the first time in December of this year, so watching this video was definitely an inspiration to me.
I'm not aware of anyway to embed a video in the forums, so here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8frxQQBTZ9M. If anyone knows how videos can be embedded, let me know.
