Hi everyone, I have already lost somewhere between 12-14 with this app on my phone Since late Nov. I lost weight again these past weeks. So right now I have lost a little over 20 pounds, so far! I decided to come to the website too.

I have high blood pressure. I'm border line Diabetes 1. So I have no choice, says the doctors but to lose weight. I also have to stop smoking. I'm a little over 5 foot, my starting weight was 150. I had a baby six months ago! I need friends who are new at this as well, and if you want to be friends add me:)

    Hi everyone! I'm new to the message boards. I just started back to working out Dec. 29th. I usually work out 3-5 days a week doing bootcamp (cardio, strength, etc.). So far I've lost about 4 lbs. I keep track of my food on this ap and make sure to drink lots of water.

    Just needed a little motivation. I'm past week 4 but thought I would have already lost more than 4 lbs. Any advice? Am I were I am suppose to be?
