First, I just want to say that everyone here is so supportive and positive--it's amazing! Recipes, exercise tips, links to helpful websites, ways to cope with our vices (mine's beer!)--in three days I've already found more here than I could have imagined.

Second, I joined not only for swimsuit season but b/c I want the self-confidence that comes with being healthy.
