Stretch Marks

Does anyone have any good suggestions on how to reverse stretch marks. The cheaper the solution the better (I'm on a college student's budget!)

    Palmer's Cocoa Butter for stretch marks or Bio-Oil. Both work about the same but Bio-Oil tends to have a sharp, spicy smell and takes longer to absorb.
