What's everyone's opinion of this DVD?
I just finished my 3rd run through of the 30 Day Shred and wanted to mix it up a bit (both because I'm getting bored of the same 3 workouts and because I am getting annoyed with Jillian saying the same things over and over again). I figured that Ripped In 30 might be a good thing to try next...
Is it a good follow-Up to the 30 day shred, or will I find it too easy after completing the shred 3 times? I want to see more results. I seem to have hit a plateau of sorts.
I also bought Killer Buns & Thighs and Extreme Shed & Shred..
