    My new favorite within 30 minutes of waking up:

    1 Cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
    1 TBSP PB2 Peanut Butter Powder
    1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
    1/2 Banana

    Mix in blender. I don't add ice, just a personal preference.

    Makes one serving. 246 calories, 21 carbs, 8 fat, 28 protein, 5 fiber.

    On days that I have "extra calories" to eat back...I double the peanut butter powder and use a whole banana!
