....I'm new to this app and the concept of calorie counting. I have a colleague they tries it a few years ago and she said she lost at least 60 lbs. so I'm here to give it a try. Still a bit confused as to how to count calories of food that's prepared as opposed to pre-packaged.

    theres a thing in the food tab(i think) that will let you put in a recipie and tell you the calories and all that good stuff, but ive found that you need to be careful in the measurements and quantity because it can change things alot.. I try to break it down to a single serving but i just tried my first recipie today...took me three times to get what i thought was accurate calorie count, now i need a food scale .....
