How do I measure my pasta?

If the pasta is dry and the nutrition information reads just the measurement per serving but does not indicate whether the pasta should be measure dry or cooked. How should I measure it?

    You could probably lay a heavy book on it, to help flatten it out, before measuring.

    I measure mine by weight on a digital scale before cooking. The serving listed on the box is for the uncooked product.
